LSF was proud to support a grant for Big Blue Blocks at the Lincoln School K-4. Big Blue Blocks are large foam blocks in different shapes that inspire children to work collaboratively to design their own open-ended creations and activities outdoors.

With the school’s playgrounds unavailable due to school building construction during 2021-22, the Big Blue Blocks were a valuable innovative addition to recess on the fields and will continue to be enjoyed in the coming years. Students appreciated an endless variety of play while working together to solve problems in an engaging, active, and fun way.
